Who we are. Manify is a business-management app for small businesses. The company that signs up ("the owner") controls the business data entered into the app; Manify processes it on the owner's behalf.
What we collect

What we do not collect. No location, contacts, photos (other than the images you choose to upload or take in the app), advertising identifiers or analytics SDKs. There is no tracking and there are no ads.
AI features and Google Gemini. Three features use Google Gemini, a service of Google LLC, through our server: Ask about your business, Scan supplier invoice and the mapping step of Import data. Before the first one sends anything, the app shows what will be sent and to whom, and nothing is sent unless you tap Allow. What is sent: for a question, your question and a summary of your business numbers (sales, stock, money and balances; customers appear only as codes such as [C1], never by name, phone or id); for a scan, the photo of the invoice and the names of your products so its lines can be matched; for an import, the column headers and up to 30 sample rows of your file, or the whole PDF or photo when you import a document. Never your whole database. Results are checked before anything is written, and you review them. Your choice is kept with your account; withdraw it any time in More → Features → AI data consent (the app then asks again before the next AI use, and a spreadsheet import still works without AI). While the service runs on Google's free Gemini tier, Google may use what is sent to improve its products under Google's Gemini API terms; on the paid tier it does not. You can also keep the AI module switched off.
Sharing. Data is shared only with the sub-processors that run the service: Supabase (hosting, database, storage, authentication), Google (sign-in; Gemini for the AI module; Firebase Cloud Messaging for Android notifications), Apple (Sign in with Apple and push notifications on iPhone and iPad), Stripe (card payments for a paid plan: the card number, the name on the card and the bank's verification are entered on Stripe's own page and kept by Stripe; Manify stores only the plan, the amount, the payment status and Stripe's reference numbers), and an e-mail provider for account messages. We do not sell data.
Retention and deletion. Business data stays as long as your company exists. The owner can export everything (JSON/CSV). Delete your account in the app at any time: More → Delete account. It removes your sign-in, your profile, your memberships and your crash reports at once, and every company you own alone with all its data and stored files (logos, product photos, scans and import files). If you signed in with Apple, the app asks Apple once more so that your Apple sign-in for Manify can be revoked too. If you own a company that other people still use, remove its members first (their work is not deleted behind their backs). You can also ask at [email protected]. Backups are kept 14 days, after which deleted data is gone from them too.
Security. Encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest; row-level security isolates every company; profit and cost columns are hidden from roles the owner has not authorised.
Your rights. Access, correction, export and deletion through the app or [email protected]. Users in the EU/UK have the rights under GDPR/UK GDPR; the owner is the controller of business records and Manify the processor.
Children. Manify is for businesses and not directed at children under 16.
Changes. We will post changes here and in the app before they take effect.

ما لا نجمعه. لا موقع، لا جهات اتصال، لا صور (غير التي تختار رفعها أو تلتقطها في التطبيق)، لا معرّفات إعلانية ولا أدوات تحليل. لا تتبّع ولا إعلانات.
ميزات الذكاء الاصطناعي وGoogle Gemini. ثلاث ميزات تستخدم Google Gemini، وهي خدمة من Google LLC، عبر خادمنا: «اسأل عن عملك» و«مسح فاتورة مورد» وخطوة المطابقة في «استيراد البيانات». قبل أن ترسل أول ميزة أي شيء، يعرض التطبيق ما سيُرسل وإلى من، ولا يُرسل شيء ما لم تضغط «السماح». ما يُرسل: للسؤال، سؤالك وملخص لأرقام عملك (المبيعات والمخزون والأموال والأرصدة؛ يظهر العملاء كرموز مثل [C1] فقط، لا بالاسم ولا الهاتف ولا المعرّف)؛ للمسح، صورة الفاتورة وأسماء منتجاتك لمطابقة بنودها؛ للاستيراد، عناوين الأعمدة وحتى 30 صفاً كعينة من ملفك، أو ملف PDF أو الصورة كاملة عند استيراد مستند. ليس قاعدة بياناتك كلها أبداً. تُفحص النتائج قبل كتابة أي شيء وتراجعها أنت. يُحفظ اختيارك مع حسابك؛ اسحبه في أي وقت من المزيد ← الميزات ← الموافقة على بيانات الذكاء الاصطناعي (فيسألك التطبيق مجدداً قبل الاستخدام التالي، ويبقى استيراد جداول البيانات ممكناً دون ذكاء اصطناعي). ما دامت الخدمة تعمل على الفئة المجانية من Gemini، قد تستخدم Google ما يُرسل لتحسين منتجاتها وفق شروط Gemini API من Google؛ وفي الفئة المدفوعة لا تفعل. ويمكنك أيضاً إبقاء وحدة الذكاء الاصطناعي مطفأة.
المشاركة. تُشارك البيانات فقط مع المعالجين الفرعيين الذين يشغّلون الخدمة: Supabase (الاستضافة وقاعدة البيانات والتخزين والمصادقة)، Google (تسجيل الدخول؛ Gemini لوحدة الذكاء الاصطناعي؛ Firebase Cloud Messaging لإشعارات أندرويد)، Apple (تسجيل الدخول عبر Apple والإشعارات على iPhone وiPad)، Stripe (الدفع بالبطاقة للخطط المدفوعة: يُدخل رقم البطاقة والاسم عليها وتحقق المصرف في صفحة Stripe نفسها وتحتفظ بها Stripe؛ لا يحفظ مانيفاي سوى الخطة والمبلغ وحالة الدفع وأرقام مرجع Stripe)، ومزوّد بريد لرسائل الحساب. لا نبيع البيانات.
الاحتفاظ والحذف. تبقى بيانات العمل ما دامت شركتك موجودة. يستطيع المالك تصدير كل شيء (JSON/CSV). احذف حسابك من التطبيق في أي وقت: المزيد ← حذف الحساب. يُحذف فوراً تسجيل دخولك وملفك وعضوياتك وتقارير أعطالك، وكل شركة تملكها وحدك مع جميع بياناتها وملفاتها المخزنة (الشعارات وصور المنتجات والمسوح وملفات الاستيراد). إن سجّلت الدخول عبر Apple يطلب التطبيق تأكيداً من Apple مرة أخرى لإلغاء تسجيل دخولك إلى مانيفاي عبر Apple أيضاً. إن كنت تملك شركة ما زال آخرون يستخدمونها فأزل أعضاءها أولاً (لا يُحذف عملهم دون علمهم). ويمكنك أيضاً الطلب عبر [email protected]. تُحفظ النسخ الاحتياطية 14 يوماً، وبعدها تزول البيانات المحذوفة منها أيضاً.
الأمان. تشفير أثناء النقل (TLS) وعند التخزين؛ أمان على مستوى الصف يعزل كل شركة؛ أعمدة الربح والكلفة مخفية عن الأدوار التي لم يأذن لها المالك.
حقوقك. الوصول والتصحيح والتصدير والحذف عبر التطبيق أو [email protected].
الأطفال. مانيفاي للأعمال وليس موجهاً لمن هم دون 16 عاماً.
التغييرات. ننشر التغييرات هنا وفي التطبيق قبل سريانها.
